So Tough! guest dj-set at Pastels/Tenniscoats/Veronica Falls at Twee As Fuck

We're ridiculously happy to say that tonight we'll be doing a short set at Twee As Fucks simply amazing night with the Pastels/Tenniscoats and Veronica Falls at Bush Hall in London. It's a dream come true. Ever since we read about Heavens Above! in the swedish magazine POP where they compared it to the best girl-group song ever (I Never Dreamed by the Cookies since you asked) we have been infatuated with the Pastels. So this is... I'm sorry I just don't know what else to say. It's the fucking PASTELS!

So Tough! So Cute! & Too Cute To Puke used to be a club night based in Malmö in Sweden. Well, not true, Too Cute To Puke still is but we're on tumblr.

We play records and do mixtapes for boys and girls who pogo in their bedrooms, in front of the mirror, even when their mums are at home.

The music policy is primarily Indie Pop, Girl-Groups, Punk, Sixties Soul, Riot Grrrl, C86 and Post-Punk with bits of DIY, Swedish Indie, Ska and Garage Punk thrown in for good measure.

Too Cute To Puke is all of the above. But with strictly female fronted tunes.

We've played records at lovely clubs How Does It Feel To Be Loved, Twee As Fuck, Upset The Rhythm, London Popfest, Dance Magic Dance, Big Pink Cake and Baby Honey in the UK as well as in most major cities in Sweden.
